Delivery Information

Shipping:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Smaller items are sent First Class delivery via Royal Mail. Larger items will be sent by private courier.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and International Couriers. For larger International orders on occasion additional postage fees may be required, we will state this in an email to you and you will have the right to cancel the order.

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are used exactly as inputted by yourself when submitting your order.

Delivery Times:

UK Delivery: Orders sent via Royal Mail  are usually received within 1-3 working days from dispatch.

UK Private Courier:  Orders sent via private courier are usually received within 1-2 working days from dispatch Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.

International Airmail:  Orders  sent via this method usually arrive within 5-7 days of despatch for European destinations, and within 7-10 days of despatch for the Rest Of The World

International Courier:  Orders sent by this method should reach you within 3-5 days of despatch for European destinations, and within 3-7 days of despatch for the Rest Of The World. Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.

Returns:

• Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• We only accept returns for faulty or damaged products in which case a replacement will be sent.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please include a note in the with the returned item, stating your name, address, order and reason for return.
